Our PRIVACY POLICY is short and simple: We only use the information you provide to contact you about our services. We do not share your information with third parties.

Most all Princess Maid Service customers leave a key to their home at our office, and we take extreme measures to protect each key. We assign every customer key a security code and store it in a key safe. Managers will access your key the day of your scheduled cleaning, and then return it to the safe by the end of the day. No identifying information is ever put on any key. Also for your safety, we do not return keys by mail. Customers must come in person to the Princess Maid Service office and present a picture ID before a key will be released.

If you have an alarm system at your home and it is simple to operate, you can give instructions on its operation to your Princess Maid Service office. However, if your alarm system is complicated, we prefer that your alarm be left off on the day of the cleaning. Please refer to our breakage and loss policy for additional information

We will not bring bleach into a home to use as a cleaning product. If you request us to use bleach supplied in your home, please be aware that we will not be responsible for any damage caused by your bleach.

If it is necessary to cancel/skip any scheduled cleaning day, please notify Princess Maid Service at least a 24 hours before the scheduled day. That will allow us to reassign the service provider or team to another appointment. We reserve the right to charge an hourly rate for the next cleaning if any clients cancel/skip their normal cleaning day. In the event we arrive to clean at a schedule time and our pre-arranged entry is not available then you will be charged a $35.00 lock out fee which will be applied to your account and must be paid before your next cleaning day.

To ensure that all your needs are addressed, please correspond all requests and changes directly to your Princess Maid Service office manager. Please do not communicate these important details with service providers. If for some reason you wish to terminate service, please be sure to contact the Princess Maid Service office.

Regular service: Payment is due at the time of the service, so most of the time regular clients just leave us a check. Regular clients forgetting to leave check on the day of the cleaning must send it by mail or pay by credit card before other cleanings will be scheduled. A $25.00 fee is applied to all returned checks.

One time cleaning: In order to secure your service appointment we collect your credit card information. The average charge for our service is $150 (we offer a discounted cash/check price of $140) and estimates 2 Princess Maids for 2 hours. We require pre-payment of this amount one day prior to your scheduled cleaning day. Upon completion of your project the final cleaning price will be adjusted for the actual cost. Cancellations occurring less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Princess Maid Service cleaning professionals promise to conduct themselves professionally in your home. In the event of an accidental damage, notify our office within 48 hours. We cannot guarantee reimbursement for damages reported more than 48 hours after the end of the cleaning appointment.

Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with our service. Please see our 24-hour guarantee if you are dissatisfied with your cleaning. There are no refunds for gift certificate purchases.

Please keep in mind that Princess Maid Service is not a domestic employment agency. Should you wish to hire a present or past Princess Maid Service staff member for any home-related service outside of your cleaning agreement with Princess Maid Service, our fee is $2,500. This fee is due within 30 days of notification from Princess Maid Service. If the fee is not paid, Princess Maid Service reserves the right to pursue other methods of collection

Princess Maid Service will not allow its cleaning professionals to use ladders or step stools higher than 3 steps for the safety of our employees.

For safety and liability reasons, Princess Maid Service will not allow its cleaning professionals to lift or move heavy items or furniture.
